Superhost math
On Airbnb, 4 stars is a bad review.
Superhost needs a 4.8 average, account-wide. Tap the buttons and watch how few “pretty good” guests it takes.
4.8★
The line. Drop under it at the quarterly check and the badge goes, on every listing.

Jack has an eight-year record of positive host feedback. One 2-star review looks fully justified, but he also gave hosts three 4-star ratings with no stated complaint, the kind of unjustified ding that tends to repeat.

FAQ
Questions hosts ask first.
What does Vettd actually read?
Every review your guest has left past hosts, and every review hosts wrote about them. It all becomes one score out of 5.
How long does a report take?
About 45 seconds from pasting the link, so you can run one while a booking request is still sitting there. It runs on our machines, not yours, so closing the tab does not stop it.
How is the score calculated?
How they review hosts (40%), what hosts said (25%), reciprocity (15%), consistency (10%) and track record (10%), minus 0.2 for each low rating with no stated reason.
Does Vettd tell me whether to accept a guest?
No. Vettd shows you the record. The decision is always yours.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. 2 free lookups with the full report. No card.
Is Vettd part of Airbnb?
No. Vettd is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Inc.
